Liam is a dedicated individual with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. With over 20 years of experience in various high-level sports and 15 years of weight training, he brings a unique blend of expertise, having worked as a financial advisor for a big-five bank and a private equity investment firm. Realizing he was unfulfilled in the finance industry, he sought to blend two of his most consistent passions—helping others and building strength. This led to the creation of Glasshouse Fitness—a place where transparency, health, and well-being are top priorities, with no hidden agendas. With a strong commitment to strength and conditioning, Liam uses his expertise to guide others on their fitness journeys, always ensuring they achieve their best, both physically and mentally.
Mikaela Riley
B.Kin, 200hr- CYT, C.Flexology
Mikaela is the Stretch and Mobility Coach at Glass House, passionate about helping individuals improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. She graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2023, and soon after, she completed her 200-hour yoga certification in Bali.
Currently, Mikaela is studying at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) to become a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, further expanding her knowledge and skills to support her clients' healing and mobility needs.
Mikaela believes that stretching and mobility are just as important as traditional workouts when it comes to injury prevention, recovery, and tension relief. By enhancing range of motion, her sessions are specifically designed to help you meet your individual goals, whether you're looking to prevent injuries, relieve stress, or improve your movement patterns.
